We are looking for our next colleague in our continued journey to become one of Sweden's leading web agencies.

Industritorget is a web agency focused on digital marketing for companies working in or towards the industry. For over 25 years, we have operated Sweden's most visited industrial site, which has given us a deep understanding of both the industry and marketing.

For the past six years, we have also built an expansive web agency where we help industrial clients market themselves beyond our own platform. During this time, we have tripled our revenue and quintupled our workforce.

Now we are looking for the next important person to join our team in Halmstad.

This is a temporary position from May to November, with start in April for training. For the right person, there are very good opportunities for extension.

We know that the role is difficult to fill – therefore we are open to two different profiles, depending on who you are and where your strengths lie:

• Either as a senior web designer with strong technical/hosting skills
• Or as a senior SEO specialist, where we internally solve parts of the web role in another way

For us, the most important thing is to find the right person, but it also requires high competence and the ability to quickly become self-sufficient.

What do we expect from you?

We do not want to get stuck in a rigid specification, but it cannot be denied that this is a senior role that requires both experience and competence.

We believe that you can learn a lot from us but also that we should be able to rely on you.

If you are applying as a Senior Web Designer (primary need)

We would like you to:

• Have extensive experience with WordPress and Elementor (requirement)
• Be confident in web design, UI/UX, and user-friendliness
• Have experience with web hosting, technical troubleshooting (requirement)
• DNS, domains, email, operations, etc. are a natural part of your work
• Have experience with VPS or mVPS (strongly meritorious)
• Be used to working independently and driving projects from start to finish
• Have a good understanding of how web, technology, and marketing are interconnected
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English

The technical aspect is not a plus, it is a prerequisite in this role.

If you are applying as a Senior SEO Specialist (alternative profile)

We would like you to:

• Have several years of experience in SEO, both strategically and operationally
• Be used to working in WordPress (preferably Elementor) and other CMS
• Have good experience with tools like Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools
• Have documented experience of organic growth
• Understand the technical foundations of the web and collaborate naturally with designers and technicians
• Enjoy customer responsibility and managing multiple parallel projects
